I think I can say I have conquered stress eating. They locked down my son's school today because someone found a bullet (not an expended casing) in a classroom. They had to bring in extra cops and search every child/staff member/back pack/purse, etc. Nothing else was found. Besides that, I had well over 20 phone calls and that many voice mails again from people that I generally never have to talk to who were not 100% happy with our billing policies. Sorry...I just do what I'm told. I could scream out loud, but that would not help anymore than eating a dozen Reese's cups would. Yay me, I haven't done either. Now I am taking a good book and turning in early.0 -

I could eat the entire house right now---I am seriously crazy hungry. I stayed late at work for a late kickboxing class and didn't get a chance to eat before working out....so I came home and found myself unsatisfyable. Lucky I had prelogged my dinner plan so I didn't have to think too long about what to eat...I just wish it was more. :sad: :sad:0 -

Saturday was lots of exercise and dinner at my favorite local pizza place. I am so proud of myself for a 2 hour workout on Saturday (45 min gym cardio/15 min weights (arms/abs), and 60 min Zumba class)! Supposed to be trying out a boot camp class tonight with some co-workers.
I'm struggling a lot right now due to emotional upheaval in my life. Unfortunately, with my husband's meds, life is often a roller coaster emotionally. It's been a really bad couple of weekends and I'm just trying to hold it together. I hate exercise, but right now it's giving me an outlet for emotional adrenaline so that is a double win for me.

Just walked today. Hi gang - I was hoping to get things caught up yesterday but alas, my dad was back in surgery and so my day went sideways. He is doing better today and they are planning on moving him out of ICU tomorrow, as long there is a bed available on the acute care floor. :drinker:
I am doing okay with keeping things in line with eating and drinking. It still seems like we are eating out too much, but at least I am making healthier choices when we aren't at home. I will get things updated tomorrow with awards and such. Thanks for being patient with me this month.0 -
