Over goal yesterday and today but no binge behavior. I know why I was over and am looking forward to a more active and healthy day tomorrow.

Forgot to check in again last night...
Still stick... still not logging and some overeating but not binging behavior. I think we all know there's a difference! Feeling much better this morning and will be logging everything today!
So as of March 8th:

Days returned to Veganism: 28 - 4 whole weeks
**UPDATE** Just weighed myself and I guess I didn't overeat as much as I thought because I actually maintained my weight through a week of no logging and no exercising... didn't lose anything but I did maintain! What a breakthrough!0 -

Well after today, my main goal is to not give ti the Binge another point. My goal is to be Binge free at least until Easter. I hope I am able to do it.
