Today we celebrated my nephews birthday with pizza and cake. I did not count on MFP reducing my calories this morning so staying green was even trickier than usual. I did 90 minutes of exercise so I am giving myself the benefit of the doubt. The pizza calories and cake and even dinner are sheer guesses. I am really glad that we are done with birthday parties until June. :laugh:0 -

Fun family day. I may actually be regular green as I didn't log the time I spent walking around the animal enclosure at Bays Mountain with my family today. I didn't time it; we were visiting the wolves. We also saw the planetarium show, renewed our Park membership & walked out to the observatory to view the sun through the specially filtered telescope.0 -

Not the healthiest weekend I've had. But it looks like I made my goal of 24 days green. I feel a difference by not eating out as much and decreasing processed food. I wouldn't call it "clean eating" but better eating. I think I get re-measured at bootcamp this week.
I'm a little hungry now, but dinner was a guess calorie wise, so I'm sipping on 0 calorie ginger tea just in case.

My hubby's birthday was on the 27th and then one of my son's on the 30th. I cooked the meals and the cakes so of course I joined in on the eating!

Congrats to everyone on the March challenge! I did not meet my Green goal, but did meet my Blue one (well, I will by the time the day is done).
I am going to take the month of April off. I have played a bit with my daily goal number and want to see what happens if I stay within a range, not under a specific number of calories and also want to focus on hitting my macros (I have been eating ketogenic, LCHF for 1.5+ year but have been getting a bit lax with it lately).
