"You have to keep choosing recovery, over and over and over again. You have to make that choice 5-6 times each day. You have to make that choice even when you really don’t want to. It’s not a single choice, and it’s not easy. "

I love this quote, it is so true. It's an active decision you must make many times a day, and that alone, makes it a struggle. Thanks :)

A difficult day. Although I feel happy and positive, I can feel TB's strong urges. I left my wallet at home when I went for my walk because I wasn't sure I could avoid all the temptations en-route.
Right now there is nothing in the kitchen for me to binge on, otherwise it would be a challenge to win today's battle.

But still I can claim victory.

Its now mid-morning April 5th. TB's urges are much less than yesterday. I'm so happy that I beat him. I don't normally put up as much of a fight as I did yesterday. Its a good lesson for me - to fight each day, each battle as it comes. To be determined to fight and win each time. No mater how much of a struggle he puts up. Then to feel good about myself afterwards - knowing that I can be strong, I can be in control. I can beat TB.

    The Binge: 1 (April 5th)

Experienced a variety of emotions - cried - got over it
I think I've evaluated my goals and am ready to start a new day binge free, tomorrow can't come soon enough. I hate binge days.. I hate the feelings they bring.
