    GREEN: yes, 9/25. yay, pretty close to macros today!
    BLUE: yes, 9/30
    I notice I drink a lot of calories by way of coffee and tea from the milk. Milk's fine, but if I could switch out some of that to herbal tea without milk, I could EAT more. Tomorrow I'll give it a shot.

    There's lots of countdown apps out there, but this is the only one I found for which the current number of days to goal actually shows on the icon on your phone, rather than having to open it to see the number. I wanted it to be something I see whenever I glanced at the phone, so I picked this one.

    @Iwanttobe... thanks! I'd love to post a pic in a great dress on my birthday! I have sooooo many summer dresses I haven't worn for several years because I haven't fit into them... I'm aiming to reclaim that wardrobe this year!!

    Double workout sessions to keep thing green and eat what I wanted.

    Nothing like eating dessert anticipating a workout and then have your spouse want to go for a walk. I walked instead of working out and it just doesn't burn as many calories. Oh well. I should average out green for the week.

    Well, I did a walk for 38 minutes yesterday after lunch at work. It was pretty boring doing laps. I started weaving in and out of the columns on the front walk way like an obstacle course. This helped a little. Working out by yourself stinks. I need more fat friends.

    Was travelling on business and this is always a challenge. Instead of beating myself up when I don't have control of schedule or where I eat sometimes I try to do my best.
    So... I split it 50%

    Good News - I am on a streak of 5 days in a row of getting up before 6:00 AM on weekdays to workout! - It feels great
