Sunday- LaGrange to Austin: 67.87 miles (5:48:27, 13.3 pace)

Nothing to add today...it was a forced rest day...work got in the way and so far i haven't figured out a way to stay home and have them send me a check. I guess I will have to get back at it tomorrow. On the plus side I should be getting my elliptical tomorrow, so I'm well stocked with the stationary bike, treadmill, and new elliptical for on the days mother nature won't let me walk or run.0

Thanks everybody! The MS 150 was an incredible experience. Over 13,000 riders supported by I don't know how many volunteers!
I've inspired a co-worker to ride, so we went out yesterday for our first ride together. She made it 7 miles (the farthest she has ridden as an adult!) Then I went for another 7 ish. Even I am impressed with how quickly I recovered from the 150!
