    Adding 6 miles...walk from yesterday and a 5k race this morning. And, I'm happy to report I broke my 10 min mile average goal for 5K and came in at 9:55 pace! Super excited :D

    adding 6.54 walking miles..the hike fell through as it was cold enough for winter gear again. arggg...but not shoveling again so that's a bonus. I wear extra layers if i have to

    Great job! These accomplishments are so inspiring aren't they? I know the :05 might not seem like much to non-runners, but it's a GREAT accomplishment. Keep working hard!

    Yeah,what is it with this Spring? :huh: My lilac bush is finally starting to bloom (usually I'm too busy with tax season to really enjoy it). On the plus side, I may actually get some peas out of my garden this year....usually it gets too hot for them to really produce for me.

    With the garden prep and all, I really didn't get much walking in Saturday. Here's hoping Sunday will be better. :bigsmile:

    Added 2 miles. May total 9.5 miles. :smile:

    Yesterday was beautiful!! Walked w/hubby, daughter and Bean, then daughter and I shopped and then I rode my bike for a little bit. Today we'll be walking again and maybe bike a little more.

    Friday - 5.1 miles
    Saturday - 10.72 miles

    Thanks for the birthday wishes. Had a great day yesterday moving my @ss and then puttering in the garden. It was a beautiful Spring day. Today is rainy, so I'm glad I got a lot of work done outside yesterday.

    After doing 225 glute exercises & a 1 hr BootCamp workout I got in a 2.5 mile jog on the TM along with 1.5 miles of cool down on the bike.
