    I've got my 1st Triathlon (sprint distance) of 2014 coming up in June . . . Going to ramp-up the mileage for May !!!

    Goal for May: 150 miles

    May 1st: 12 miles (*Spin*)
    May 3rd: 29 miles (*Road Bike*)
    May 4th: .75 miles (*Swim*)
    May 4th: 5 miles (*Stationary Bike*)
    May 4th: 1.25 miles (*Running*)
    May 5th: 10 miles (*Road Bike*)
    May 6th: 10 miles (*Road Bike*)
    May 7th: 1 mile (*Running - Drills)
    May 7th: 1.25 miles (*Swimming*)
    May 8th: 4.5 miles (*Running*)
    May 11th: 14 miles (MTB w/ Wike*)

    Added 8.5 Miles over the last few days, including Race 5/14 for the year! It was a quick 5k, didn't get a PR, but it was a much harder course and had the same time as my last 5k so I am counting it as a win!

    Another little test run with my re-found pedometer allows me to add 0.62 miles of walking today.
    Not walking much, still working to get rid of low back ache, but I can do 15-20 minutes right now. Going to start training for our trip to Yellowstone in July!

    May total so far = 35.84.
