Bizgirl, Considering your injury, a 3 lb. drop is decent! You're doing good! Congrats!

Down almost 3 pounds since last week which was great for me. Down a total of 4lbs so far so pretty much on track. Hoping for another big week this week, though I'm a little apprehensive since I'm going on vacation and had to put my dog to sleep yesterday. Just have to keep moving forward, one day at a time.

Well I've come to the realization that having the best of both worlds doesn't exactly work. I weighed myself this morning and I'm back up to 145.8 (my weigh in before 144). I ate out a couple times and had liquor, logged it all and thought I was doing ok but nope. Being that I want to lose this weight the best of both worlds just doesn't seem feasible. Also, my exercise still sucks! Really need to get myself over that hump.

"It doesnt matter how slow you go as long as you keep moving" I love this quote. It is what i think about everytime i feel myself falling off the wagon. I didnt make the challenge last month and i doubt i will make it this month (since i have to lose 5 lbs in the next week) ;) But when i started my weight loss journey, i told myself i would try to lose 5 lbs per month. So anything over that is just extra.

What im trying to say is...keep going. Its ok if u mess up, just pick up and move forward. This challenge is just to help motivate and push each other. Some of us will make it and alot of us wont. So we start new and try again.

    We're here to help !

You have hit the nail on the head when you say that your exercise still sucks, I have honestly found that this is a huge factor in my success, by pushing myself that bit harder with my walks, runs etc... I have been able to eat out, have my alcohol and still see the lbs drop off, good luck and stick at it, calorie deficit will lose you weight for sure

I am officially beyond annoyed and frustrated. I worked out more this week then I EVER have in my life and I have a gain?! Not to mention that I was under in calories all week except for 1 day. I don't know what more I can do.

Hi Rezekiel! I had a gain last week after pushing myself in exercise. I think that my gain was water weight fluctuation, and yours probably is also. If you know that you are staying within your calorie goals and pushing yourself during exercise, I think the lbs will eventually come off. Keep the faith and keep pushing! :flowerforyou:
How are you feeling Rezekiel? if you feel stronger and healthier after kicking butt this week, then just ignore that stupid scale:) I will also likely gain this week and I think it must be water weight. But I still feel good and my clothes fit better. Maybe the scale will be our friend next week. Keep pushing, you're doing great!
