    I'm pretty happy. Weighed this morning and I'm down another 1.5 lbs!!!

    Weight as of 6/14 188.5 . Keep on keeping on !

    Humph - up .5 to 189 but I can't say I'm surprised . Got off track a bit later in the week and too much sodium last night so I think I
    I just need to get back on track now that everyone is home.

    From what has been mentioned to me since I’ve been here on MFP:

    If you are exercising and having a calorie deficit that is a great first objective. Do that and keep it going. If you are maintaining decent deficits consistently, and are NOT losing weight, then you could be building some muscle instead…

    Muscle mass weights more that fat does…. But one real good thing is that the muscle will also burn more calories when you are exercising.. So, Keep Working Hard… let your body change… soon when you are exercising, it will have no choice but to fuel that muscle with the fat… l think that is mostly what happens when someone has good drops for a 2 to 4 week period. Also, the body changes could result in measurement inches being lost too! Those are great Non Scale Victories (NSV) too.

    Rezekiel, I’d turn that frustration around and motivate yourself with it! Continue that pace for a couple weeks and give your body no choice about burning the fat away!..... Give it time, but yes, Crank it up!

    You’ll also be stronger and have more energy…. One more thing too… At that point, a small splurge of an extra Oreo or two isn’t a deal breaker either.

    For myself, you see me beginning to ride long bike rides… I dropped .1 lbs. last week... that wasn’t easy either for me to swallow. My legs are getting stronger and they are the best most developed muscles I’ve got…. My intention is to put them to use burning calories… I expect in a month, I’ll really see the extra fat burn off… I’m not giving my body a choice about it…. That is going to happen.

    It’s a struggle no doubt, but you’re a winner… We all know it!

    Not happy with my weigh in... added 1.8 lbs. and can't believe it! :noway:

    Burning all these calories and not seeing the results... well... yeah it's tough! :grumble:

    No doubt I'll keep it going strong.... but it sure would be nice to see the scale cooperate a bit more! :laugh:

    Whomp whomp. I will keep exercising and eating well. Eventually that scale will cooperate. For those of us with a gain this week, I'm guessing it is muscle gain or some other healthy explanation. We will show the scale who is boss next Sunday!

    Even though I was feeling weird this week, and not having much of an appetite ( a little to no energy to work out) I still lost a little.
    NSV: My pants are looser (got into a pair of last falls skinny jeans :)), my body feels tighter, and today I had a nice walk and hour of piloxing! Cheers to feeling better!
