Not happy with my weigh in... added 1.8 lbs. and can't believe it! :noway:

Burning all these calories and not seeing the results... well... yeah it's tough! :grumble:

No doubt I'll keep it going strong.... but it sure would be nice to see the scale cooperate a bit more!

    Carl -
It sucks when you put in hard work and don't see any results, but if you keep working hard, results will eventually come! Keep pushing!

Even though I was feeling weird this week, and not having much of an appetite ( a little to no energy to work out) I still lost a little.
NSV: My pants are looser (got into a pair of last falls skinny jeans :)), my body feels tighter, and today I had a nice walk and hour of piloxing! Cheers to feeling better!

Lets rock out this last full week of the challenge guys! :D
Great job! You are rocking this challenge!

Whomp whomp. I will keep exercising and eating well. Eventually that scale will cooperate. For those of us with a gain this week, I'm guessing it is muscle gain or some other healthy explanation. We will show the scale who is boss next Sunday!

I weighed myself this morning bc it is my Weight Watchers weigh-in day, and sure enough I'm back to 185.4. I know I didn't gain or lose 2lbs over night, so my water weight suspicion was probably accurate. I will take the break-even week and kick it up a notch this week!

So I didn't really lose much just 0.2 lbs but I'm more happy that I didn't gain anything since I went on vacation and did not really pay attention to what I ate or worked out. So all in all, pretty pleased with being able to maintain. Goal now is to really push myself this last week and see if I can lose another three or four pounds before the month ends.

Well, it doesn't look like I will be hitting this goal, unless I lose 10 lbs this week...lol. But I won't give up. It took me forever to quit smoking and a gazillion tries, but God saw me through it and it finally happened so I know this will too :)

Sometimes an NSV (Non Scale Victory) is as good as seeing the figures drop on the scales, well done

Hey everyone - I didn't quite make my goal of 10 lbs, but I did lose 3, and that's more than 0!

Thanks, Carl, for setting up this group.

I am heading out on an eight-day pilgrimage (190 km of walking) so I won't be around when the group wraps up. Would love to join another in July if it's happening.

Thanks and congrats to everyone who had results you're happy with! Everyone else - hang in there!

    Way to go Bizgirl!

6/28 -I'm back down to the 188 lbs! Not the 10 lbs but it's the first time in months that I have really been on track and gone down. So thank you Carl!!!!!

and I know that we have an NSV page going but I think I'll post mine here. Just started the new session of my "bootcamp" which is really Circuit training. We do before and after pics and I put on a pair of workout pants that I havent been able to wear in probably 2 years! My nieces and sister in-law all commented on the fact that I look smaller!

    I'll take that!
