I lost 5 pounds last month and going to weigh coming up to see if I had a loss.

I lost 1.4 pounds which is on track! Skipped strength training and was a bit lazy this week. Also didn't eat enough to fuel exersice! Going to try for 3 meals a day next week! PLUS MORE EXERSICE! !!

Hi Everyone
I haven't been checking in as my weight has been fluctuating like crazy and my hormones are a mess (I had a miscarriage in June, I was 10wks and my progesterone levels are still not back to zero) I am happy to log my calories and exercise regularly as they both give my mind something to do and in turn help keep me sane So, although I have been hopping on the scale daily + keeping a paper log, I know that my body is still adjusting to no longer being pregnant. I think today is the day I am going to log as I am finally seeing some positive downward movement on the scale

What a great way to start of August! I had a loss of 1.6 lbs! I just hope this isn't some fluke, the plateau is scary. I hit my calorie goals (which were higher all this week) and felt great. I missed two workouts though, hope to fix that next week. I have switched to the TDEE -20% method and it seems to be working well. Have a great day everyone

I am very happy I lost weight this week. Loss of 1.4 pounds. I didn't do any workouts hardly and I am feeling less motivated. I will probably take the rest of the week off and get pumped for next week.
