Up 1lb this week but I had a great week, tracked calories daily, continuing to progress with the c25k and enjoying the crunch challenge. Not disheartened by the gain because I am becoming fitter and healthier Good luck with your weigh ins everyone0 -

Not surprised. This has not been a great week for me. My 10-year-old nephew got hit in the eye with a roman candle on Sunday night, so I was at the ER with him for a couple of hours, then went to stay with his 8 siblings while BigBro, SIL, and nephew went to Children's Mercy in Kansas City to see specialists. (He's doing well; prognosis is good for a full recovery.) Stayed with the kids until Tuesday morning, then had to go out of town for the day. The rest of the week I've spent catching up on work and sleep. Diet has been dreadful; back on track with exercise as of last night.
Need to do some meal planning for the next week and head to the grocery store.0 -

I updated earlier in the week when I got a reading of 155, but since then I've been kind of up and down within about a three-pound range. Oh well. I still am having trouble with the calorie target, not being able to meet it when I exercise. It's pretty frustrating.

I lost 1.4 pounds which is on track! Skipped strength training and was a bit lazy this week. Also didn't eat enough to fuel exersice! Going to try for 3 meals a day next week! PLUS MORE EXERSICE! !!
