I'm waffling on my goal, but since being able to ride the bike again helps to add the miles, I'm throwing caution to the wind, and risk 200 miles for august, even with all the life changes coming at me this month.

so starting off with 19.3 biking miles, and 1.75 walking miles

Sign me up for 60 miles in August.

Last month I switched gears from a cardio heavy exercise program and added 3x/week strength training. I'm now getting about 12-15miles per week (as opposed to 20-25miles weekly).

Hopefully my efforts in muscle strengthening will result in more stabilization and less pain in my knees and I will be able to resume C25K training soon. At least that's the plan. Fingers crossed.

2 miles of walking yesterday and today, and 6 mile run this morning.
And I've got my Back To School ticker to hopefully fire me up for teaching again soon, ha!

6 mile run/walk. I actually ran the first 2, I haven't done that in almost a year. I'm thinking of signing up for my subdivision's 5K next month. It's raining again today, I was on my way to the gym to attempt to do this on a treadmill, when the rain stopped, I saw the crowded parking lot and turned back home.

It figures that I finally up my goal number and the first day of the month it's pouring. It was slightly drizzly when I went out, then got worse as I went on. Finally decided to just go 2 miles, I ran slightly over 1 (iphone in pouch so it wouldn't drown and I didn't look at it). As I was trying to turn into my subdivision area, some lady in a car decides to turn right in front of me to ask if I wanted a ride

Well, at least I'm clean

    That is dedication. Wow

I don't want to lower my goal but my schedule looks overwhelming right now. I'll go for 120 miles for now.

Started out with 1 whole mile yesterday.
