Vacation this month, so I won't be setting my miles too high for August - Going for 100 miles !!
Aug. 1st: 12 miles (*Spin*)
Aug. 4th: 12 miles (*Spin*)
Aug. 4th: 1.0 mile (*Running Drills*)

Put me down for 25 in August please!! Question-how are most Move-Your-Asser's who use a fitbit logging miles for the challenge? before I got my fit bit, I only logged miles towards my monthly goal if I went out specifically for a walk/run/bike ride. I know i walk around in my day to day life but I never "counted" that. Now, with the fitbit, it tells me the distance I've gone everyday. Are other members counting these fitbit miles into the challenge? Any advice would be much appreciated!
You will find that there are almost as many ways to count movement as there are people in the group. Some count only deliberate exercise miles. Some count fitbit miles. Others, I suspect, might even use a combination in a formula known only to themselves. The key is to be true to yourself (be truthful in reporting, otherwise what's the point in participating), use a consistent measurement for the month, and set your goal based on how far you think you will be able to move (whatever your particular formula is).
