Total to date: 128.1 of 200 miles
for everyone who gets elliptical miles- I have great respect for you! So far after 2 weeks, I can only "move" for 3 minutes at a time - twice a day - on the elliptical. That is one tough machine! I'm going to keep increasing my time - slowly!!0 -

8/4 - Zero - had food poisoning which has thrown this week in to a tizzy
