    Worked hard at the gym this AM and got in 6.41 miles. mostly on bike.

    August total so far = 60.53.

    Still on a weight plateau; gotta stop "treating" myself with bad food!

    I got 19.8 miles in on the bike today, bringing my MTD to 144.55.

    LOTS of people in the green right now!!! Keep it up folks. "See" you on Monday when I get back to the office!

    Thanks to GenCon and all the walking around I've been doing in downtown Indianapolis, I've been able to make a healthy leap on my total miles.

    I'm now up to 35.6 of my 60 mile goal.

    Total to date: 128.1 of 200 miles
    for everyone who gets elliptical miles- I have great respect for you! So far after 2 weeks, I can only "move" for 3 minutes at a time - twice a day - on the elliptical. That is one tough machine! I'm going to keep increasing my time - slowly!!

    Sunny, cool morning in western Michigan, so besides my regular staionary bike ride I again walked around our meadow looking for the Black-eyed Susans, Blazing Stars, and Ironweed; the Goldenrod is barely starting. Today's mileage total = 6.74.

    August toatl so far = 67.27.

    8/2: 6.1 miles walking
    8/3: 7.5 miles walking incl 9 holes of golf!
    8/4 - Zero - had food poisoning which has thrown this week in to a tizzy
    8/5 - 5 miles walking (which was supposed to be my cycling day :-((
    8/6 - 2.5 miles walking (client dinner put a kabash on any more)
    8/7 - 4.5 miles walking
    8/8 - 5.2 miles walking
    8/9 - 6.6 miles walking (hiking actually)
    8/10 - 4.2 miles walking
    8/11 - 5.2 miles walking
    8/12 - 8.5 miles riding (yay!!!!! ) - wish I could get more riding in this month but I will do what I can!)
    8/13 - 4.5 miles walking
    8/14 - Bust - drove all over LA picking up my brother in-law and home.

    Not being able to get on my bike more is getting frustrating but something is better than nothing!
