Challenge for the week: burn 4200 calories(600 per day) and work on strengthening your glutes for 9 mins, 2 time this week, and then eat some beans (any type) to check it has worked ;-)
I did this workout as a punishment in one of my other challenges once this past week (Friday) and on Sunday, by butt still felt it.

Yes you can their was only one thing I struggled with and that was a coordination issue I could do one leg but not the other. I got there in the end though.0

i like the challenge, but the video doesn't work on my computer so I guess i want be participating this round... I will stick to walking/jogging.............till next week!
The video helps so you can actually follow along, but the movements are listed above, try it I think you will like it. I run, elliptical, squat & this workout still made my behinds sore so I know if I kept @ it then my backside will reap the benefits.0 -

Me too, had the same problem. I tried this morning and it was just going round, round and round, did not even show. My computer is not even a slow computer.
Think I will stick with kettle bell the Iron Core Way along with Walking.
