    mon-9-8 --- rest day. took antihistamine last night >>groggy all day.

    tues-9-9 --burned 544 calories-walked 3.0mph with dog, 40 mins., zumba fitness class 30 mins, strength training@gym 30 mins., carhicks challenge x1
    really liked the fitness blender routine. next time will do earlier in the day. I made myself do it at 11:00 pm! well worth it :love:

    Due to back and knee injuries, I cannot kneel. It causes too much pain, and then I am crippled for the rest of the day. I will see if I can find some squat replacements.

    Please only do what won't hurt you & cripple you. I would hate to see you or anyone else hurt. Modify things to the best of your ability & please don't push yourself.
