The 180's have been a struggle. It's really tough, also considering I have never slowly lost weight out of them before! Two birthday parties back to back and I am for pounds up. Back to the 180's I guess. It's really hard to break out of them, I swear my body just feels comfortable at that weight. I worked out a lot more this week and plan to do everyday this week. I made my goal 0.5lb to lose each week. Still feeling it, still trying!0 -

This has been the worst dance with the 180's. Made me think about somethings. About how I feel pretty good in it right now, but last year I felt so large and overall huge. How I wished I could through the weight off. My diet is crap with fast food right now and I can't see it changing with me always on the go. GYMPACT has been making me stressed so I will discontinue it probably until summer hits again. I've just been so frustrated with this weight. Counting calories has also (I feel) given me some sort of anxiety. With all this stress, I just can't. I'm adding in daily 30 minute walks now to get 250 burnt a day, because I am trying to lose half a pound a week. Other than that TDEE and MFP numbers aren't adding up and weight is just NOT coming off. Sorry for the rant.

So I'm going to start doing intervals again and less steady-state cardio. I'm going to log a little less accurately or not at all sense it's been stressing me. Focusing completely on fitness and mile goals this coming month. See how that goes. Worst case senario (in my eyes) is that I will still be stuck in the 180's by December. Were I wanted to be near the 160's by then.

Ugh. I've been frustrated, but you probably meant the other posters(?). It really has! Everyone dropped out or stopped posting around August, I think. Maybe they are too busy to post or have stopped trying to lose weight. Even the group creator isn't on. I think it might just be you and me. Good luck! Seems you have been doing well so far!

I'm trying to get back into the swing of things with my exercise, having slacked off a bit over the past three weeks due to some muscle strain/pain in my calf that I was trying not to overwork. Why is it so hard to get motivated after a rest period?

I have broken through the week. I've been aggravated by the fact that I lose more weight not exercising than when I do. That CANNOT be healthy! I'm going to start exercising again even if it means weight gain (as it always does). 35 lbs to lose! Then I'm at 50 lbs!
