    Sure, just rub it in. I waited until noon to ride and it started out at 46 degrees. It did warm up to 51. A regular heat wave. :laugh:

    18.9 miles added on the bike today. That put me (just barely) in the green!! Tomorrow will be a running day, so it won't keep me in the green, but with the biking I plan to do this coming week, by next Saturday, I should be (relatively) comfortably in the green.

    First real ride in days. Testing new equipment in between rain storms. Only hit 60 degrees but very humid. Oh well, at least got out on my bike so I am content.

    10/15 - 2.0 miles walking
    10/16 - 3.0 miles biking - testing new parts
    10/17 - 2.0 miles walking
    10/18 - 1.0 miles walking
    10/18 - 10.0 miles biking

    Total: 137.0 miles
