    I have actually started running now (really slow). My achievement to my goal may not seem much, but I am proud of it because it is all on my feet. Thanks again for all who make this challenge possible.

    I signed myself up for the Cincinnati Turkey Run 10k on Thanksgiving. It has been driving me nuts wondering if I'd be able to do it. I was feeling really good for tonight's run so I figured I'd give it a try. I was able to run non stop the entire 6.2 miles and did it in a great time for me!

    Looks like I'm going to have to get on the recumbent if I'm going to make goal. Today was a good day though. Hit the gym with my daughter then walked over an hour with Bean then DH and I took Bean out a couple of hours later for another walk, but he wasn't having any fun so we cut it short. I think I wore him out!!!

    8.21 miles today.
