    "Baby it's cold outside!" But exhilarating at the same time. It was a whopping 29 degrees this morning and I am warming up with a hot cup of coffee. I managed an additional 6 miles.

    I kind of went off the rails this week...lol. I helped my mom and sister move a big honkin' refrigerator last Sunday and had every muscle in my legs and arms sore as can be. I didn't get any walking in this week, but I am going to start again today since I'm not sore anymore.

    On the bright side, I did lose 2.6 pounds since Nov 1, so that made my day!

    Zichab, Yay for you for losing 100 pounds!!!! So. Very. Awesome. And inspiring. :drinker: Way to go using those weights on Monday, and definitely enjoy your rest day also!!

    19amm82, moving that refrigerator last Sunday was a huge task and cal burner. Glad that you are feeling up to walking again and no longer sore :D !!

    Saturday: (11.8) Raking leaves and yard work.

    Today:

    Sunday: (11.9) 130 minutes walking, and some jogging, outdoors.

    0 DVD miles.

    130 outdoor minutes.

    0 mini walks from Walk Blaster DVD.

    My goal for November: I will walk a minimum of 2 DVD 'miles' or 30+ outside minutes at least 5 days a week and also focus on different ways to incorporate strength training, which is still a challenge b/c of the recent diagnosis of osteoarthritis with a loose ligament in my left thumb, and as the flexibility and mobility in my left wrist continues to return to normal as possible. Holding weights and using the firm band is a challenge that I shall continue to work on as I gain strength back.

    So far: 14 Leslie/ or other walking DVD miles

    So far: 340 outdoor minutes (in the neighborhood or in a park)

    So far: 0 mini walks from Walk Blasters DVD

    Having a hard time getting motivated watching it snow, but I will get my walk in.
    5 miles so far with WAP (old school vhs) 1,2 & 3 Mile.
    3 more miles over the weekend outside with the dog. :D

    Thanks AnnofB and Texasgardnr-It has been a long 2 years, but it took me over 15 years to gain all those pounds, so I guess 2 years is not all that long in the scheme of things. It feels good to be back to my normal size! However, fashion changed a lot in 15 years so I needed all new clothes! :laugh:

    On another note, Leslie took all of her videos off YouTube. It is going to be very hard to get new people interested in her anymore and that is sad. :disappointed: Thank goodness we all found her early on! :smiley:

    I got the Just Walk walk it off in 30 days in the mail yesterday. 30 min. today.
    11-11 2 miles with Walk Slim 4 Really Fast Miles. ( I like using the band thing)
