Chris: I'm super impressed with your distance running. Amazing. Keep it up.

TJ: tons of treats here too. I succumb every day after about 5:00.
    :(
  • Sunday morning here. Weigh in and vlog day. Hmm, no idea what to expect. I guess I'll find out soon enough. :)

Sunday morning. Last week was interesting ...and tasty. .. more of a cheat week than just a day or so. Have to wait and see how much if any I put on.

Sunday. Beautiful sunny day here today. Took advantage of it to go for a nice longish walk (3.5miles) even is it was like 33F outside. Hey, its above freezing.

Listened to John and Carol on the podcast while I walked. Great job guys!

TJ, Oh my goodness, your pups are SO cute!

Jen, Snoopy is cute too, but what happened to his eyes??? As for the Diet Coke surplus, I am embarrassed to say that when there is a deal we stock up and have been known to hear from the cashier "someone's having a party" which is usually followed by a "every day in our house!"

Chris, Great mileage, but sorry to hear about the knee. When I was running I would need to bring a little something when I passed the 6 mile mark or my body would feel it. I also have an Orangemud hydration pack that holds two waters. Problem is my aging bladder has to stop at some point to empty. I am running vicariously through you right now.

This just pop into my head. Everybody has a set weight range that the body wants to be be in. Some has a wider range some don't.
For example, Gina Carano, the ex MMA fighter. She has a history for not being able to make weight because her body just don't/can't go any lower. And we are talking a professional that has a team to help her reach her weight.
My takeaway? Find your own range, make peace with it and be happy! That is one of my goals for next year.

Well said Heron. This is on my list for the New Year. I spent, on and off twenty years, fighting a number that is not where my body wants or should be at. I am muscular and a healthy weight for me is higher than others. I am now focusing on weights to see what my body can do in muscular development and not worry about the scale.
