Monday: (12.29) 2 miles: 40 Plus Workout Walk- Walk Aerobics
2 DVD miles.
0 outdoor minutes.
0 mini walks from Walk Blaster DVD.
0 minutes "other" kinds of exercise.
My goal for December, a very busy month: I will walk a minimum of 2 DVD 'miles' or 30+ minutes of exercise at least 5 days a week.
So far: 14 Leslie/ or other walking DVD miles
So far: 250 outdoor minutes (in the neighborhood or in a park)
So far: 4 mini walks from Walk Blasters DVD
So far: 30 minutes "other" kinds of exercise
This was an interesting walk.... another oldie goldie which was more like the WAH walks than the WalkAerobics workouts in style even though listed as part of the older walk aerobics series. Moderately fast paced, but not fast like the other walk aerobics workouts. Found this at the CD/DVD resale shop.

Ann, I also have certainly not met my goals and slacked a lot this month also . It seemed so easy to write down my goal with serious intentions, but too many days passed by with out any exercise getting done, but I did find time to indulge with the candy and Christmas yummies .
December is closing in on us rapidly, only two more days left .

I figured I would go out this year with a bang. I did 5 Mega Miles this am. This puts me at 90 out of my original 50 miles. Woot.

I know this really won't count towards anything... but I did walk on my treadmill this morning... for 1 mile. (usually ...or lately I have only be walking 1/2 mile...)

Yes, it was put up temporarily in the 'announcement' area above the regular threads yesterday. I'm wondering if it gets seen there??? I thought it was more visible there.... am I wrong. If so I'll put it down on the regular area when I make it before the new month actually starts.
