Hey everyone. Glad to meet yoy all. I'm going to shoot for 60. Three miles five times per week. I did 5 from the ultimate 5-day plan today. That's 11 for the month, 49 to go.0

i'm just a little late seeing this post! but glad i did!!!
my year goal is to lose 48 pounds.
my realistic walking goal this month is 40 miles
my fantasy goal is to walk 75 miles
each month i am going to be adding more and more miles0 -
May I join your group? I do have 5 Leslie Sansone DVDs but also track my steps with Fitbit.
Since new my goals for January is 10 miles weekly using LS DVDs and on days not using LS dvds tacking 7000 steps a day. Big goals for currently little activity.
2015 is my year! I need to lose 100 lbs and could use your encouragement. Thanks!!

Of course, Nancy, you may join the walk Challenge group !! 5 DVDs is an awesome start, but be forewarned that getting more DVDs can be very tempting :laugh:
Which Fitbit are you using for steps. I'm still pondering which direction to take for a step tracker.

Jan 3 - 4.8 miles - outside

I'm inspired by many posts. I have got to get serious! I am 57, recently diagnosed Diabetes and seronegative spondyloarthritis and employed full time as a teacher. I have just started using Leslie's DVDs, so I'm setting my goals low, but something I can achieve. I'm going to strive for at least 20 mi this month!
Welcome pudgyat55. Good idea to start out at a manageable rate. You have a lot on your plate health wise. But walking is going to help so much. Glad you joined us!
