    Hey everyone. Glad to meet yoy all. I'm going to shoot for 60. Three miles five times per week. I did 5 from the ultimate 5-day plan today. That's 11 for the month, 49 to go.

    Happy new year, walkers! I'm in for 60 pounds this month. I am 8/60 so far for January. I am also thinking of doing some shopping for a new WATP DVD (or 2) -- just something to mix it up. I wish I still had my old VHS set with the weighted balls. I loved that set!

    i'm just a little late seeing this post! but glad i did!!!

    my year goal is to lose 48 pounds.

    my realistic walking goal this month is 40 miles
    my fantasy goal is to walk 75 miles

    each month i am going to be adding more and more miles

    Of course, Nancy, you may join the walk Challenge group <3 !! 5 DVDs is an awesome start, but be forewarned that getting more DVDs can be very tempting :laugh:

    Which Fitbit are you using for steps. I'm still pondering which direction to take for a step tracker.

    Okay - I thought I posted here a couple days ago - but apparently not :(

    January Goal - 100 miles (one way or the other)

    Jan 1 - 2.8 miles - outside
    Jan 2 - 4.6 miles - outside
    Jan 3 - 4.8 miles - outside
    Jan 4 - 3 miles - LS - Walk & Jog ... ( carrying my GD - she thought we were dancing)

    Its Friday 1-2-15.... I am 68 and I will start this month with a goal of 2 miles a day - at least 5 days a week... I have the DVD's so when I cannot get out due to the icy walks I will get the DVD out.... I am so looking forward to posting tomorrow my total miles for today....!!!
