    Not my favorite! I have to be extra careful with this move. I have bad knees so I have to watch my form.

    Took a break from Jillian today. Planning on a session tomorrow. I did lifting and a little hiit workout.

    Missed today. Didn't get home until late this evening. I'll be doing day 3 tomorrow morning, which is good because I'll reset to mornings, which are so much easier for me! Still feel bad. :(

    Forgot to add, I also get to go snowshoeing with my daughter's class tomorrow! Looking forward to giving that a try although my legs will probably feel like lead!

    Day 3 down! I could do a little more of the cardio, but still had to march out about half of the jump rope. I'm doing modified push ups too, but they still feel like an accomplishment!

    Did day 3 yesterday I popped my shoulder out of its joint doing push ups, as it was coming out every push up i just ended up using 1 arm instead doing the "beginners" push ups. Despite that seemed easier, and went but lordy I find it so boring. Muting the volume and putting dance music on helped instead.

    Oh no! Be careful! I used to listen to music too when I did years ago!! :)

    I did one session this morning along with leg work. Going swimming later. My lower back hurts, I'm sure it was the Russian twists I did with another program. Hoping getting in the pool and whirlpool will help. Have a great day!!!

    It's day 5 for me...I didn't get up early so will do it after work. Unbelievably, I feel terrible for having an extra 40 mins in bed!!! I've felt amazing the last few days waking at 5.45!

    Day 4 done yesterday! Wow the first four days have been hurting! I think I might take my rest day today and get back into it tomorrow :)

    I guess the xboxone version is slightly different. No jumping ropes or jacks but there are these military jacks and one leg jumps that are so hard for me. Plus the butt kicks. But by day 3 I found it interesting that things that were horrid hard on day 1 have become easier!

    I am alternating 30ds with spinning class and today is my "rest" day so I'm going to be doing some yoga. Hoping it helps with the soreness!!!!

    I hadn't thought about using my own music. Definetly going to add this in!

    Day 3 completed, I woke up dreading it as I was still sore even after having a rest day, but surprised myself by finding it a bit easier than days 1 and 2. I am still doing the modified push ups but I'm not really worried about going onto the full version as shoulder injury left me a bit lacking in strength in my left arm even after surgery to correct it.

    I did swear a lot at Jillian on my run this morning as my legs were still so sore it was an effort to make it round my route.

    Day 3, yesterday was wow lol I was sore from the day before but worked thru it and did fine. Today I wasn't sore at all soooo progress!!!

    Day 5 done. I've been using 1.5kg weights but decided to try 3kg weights for circuit 2 today...I think I may regret this in the morning!!
  • Day 4 done! Been avoiding soda, chips, cookies, pastries, fast foods and white bread Its hard but not impossible.
  • Does anybody else feel really inflexible during the cool down? I can barely reach my calves let alone my toes! Day 4 done, so bored of the routine already!

    Day 4 done :) I think I know jillians "script" off by heart now, definitely was easier today didn't have to break at all. I'm doing 9 days each level in 1 day rest so I'll be doing a total of 27 days just so I can fit it into Feb. Not sure if I'll get the same results so am doing non modified moves where I can hack them! I'm also using 1kg weights because I'm just not strong enough for anything else at the moment, when I get a little strong will be adding ankle and wrist weights though :) just to up the intensity to get an extra kick since I'm only doing 27 days xxx

    I did ripped in 30 today. I really like that one more than 30DS although they are very similar.

    Everyone is doing an awesome job!!! :D
