Well here's to walking in the rain after church. Rumor has it we are supposed to have good weather for the next 5 days. I will believe it when I see it. I don't want to get dropped out of the green, then I will have to chase back on

Yes, sir, Dave!
6 miles for me today. I felt like seeing how fast I could run them (just off my 10k PR!). When I logged them in my training program it said "We know some days you just feel like running fast but remember your easy run days are for recovery." I thought my rest days were for recovery? Besides, when did a 6 mile run become my easy run? I have to admit I like this new program, because it's working.
