    not too bad with a trip to Disneyland in the mix for a conference with little walking and a lot of eating! Getting back to it this week!

    Seems like every time I get on the bike, something interrupts me. I'll be glad when I get get outside and bike and just shut my phone off. It's starting to feel like a leash.
    I did manage another 6 miles today. That gives me 79 out of 300.

    If I hadn't seen this before I left work (late) yesterday, I would have gone straight home. I went to the gym instead and put in some time on the stationary bike. Thanks, Dave!

    By the time I had a chance to log some miles yesterday, it was pouring. I took a lazy day. This morning it was still raining, and I made myself do 4 miles on the indoor track. Mind numbingly boring, but done. If I didn't have this annoying cold, I'd probably have gone outside.
