Seems like every time I get on the bike, something interrupts me. I'll be glad when I get get outside and bike and just shut my phone off. It's starting to feel like a leash.
I did manage another 6 miles today. That gives me 79 out of 300.0 -

If I hadn't seen this before I left work (late) yesterday, I would have gone straight home. I went to the gym instead and put in some time on the stationary bike. Thanks, Dave!

I had a really nice weekend - enjoying that early spring weather. This is a warm winter for us in the Rockies. I'm sure the Eastern US would be very happy to send their snow our way.
February: Goal 50
1st: 2.6
2nd: 1

I'm actually half way to goal 5 days early.0 -
So... yeah. My hip is not doing awesome. A ride that usually gets me 21.7 miles, I was only able to get 20.2 miles today... and I couldn't do all that I was requiring of the class to do. Oh well. But, it solidifies that running is not in my immediate future. Period.
I think we identified something that was aggravating it, though. I started driving our old car which is a manual shift, and I think the way you have to use your hip muscles differently/more/more intentionally was not helping. So, my husband offered to switch cars with me, so I'm now driving his ridiculously large work truck and he's driving our little Honda civic. ha. Maybe that will help me heal faster.

Haven't participated in one of these in about six months. But it's time to get consistent again. Put me down for a goal of 35 for the month of February. I'll try for a streak again this year as well.

Well so far we have had the nastiest weather I have seen in a few years. Freaking rain/gales/rain some more etc. But we are getting a weather break for this week, so off I went on the bike today.
