Punishment: Sucked, but I did it. Let’s not lose this week
Character challenge: Michonne’s team was trying something new. My sister and I did a Yoga workout, which I had a very hard time doing, and a men’s strength work out which was fun.

            Nice work this past week, everyone!
 I'm already over my cardio total for the week since I went cross-country skiing for the first time this weekend... wow! It's quite the workout! But it was so beautiful and so nice to be in the snow.

            I might be not make my numbers for cardio and strength due to having the flu right now. Having the flu sucks anyways but being pregnant I just feel worse then I ever have

PS - ugggg....lunges are almost as bad as burpees0 - 
            @maphammonds I obviously couldn't yesterday but my knees actually don't hurt so I can put pressure and actually bend them so I am doubling up. I am actually ok with lunges burped I can't stand!0

            Arm challenge going good here. I am doing the challenge at the end of my normal strength routines for those days. Mild soreness mostly due to that, especially on normal arm day.0

Although you'll keep them for MVP calculations, every minute of everyone's cardio and strength minutes will be going in a pot and shared up this week. The winning team will be decided on who had the highest average numbers. Calories: No. I’m sorry team. I am struggling and fighting binge eating behaviors pretty badly this week.
Character challenge: Michonne’s challenge was the police test. 1.5 mile run, 21 minutes (0 points), 75 yard dash 36:52 (0 points), 24 sit-ups in 2 minutes (2 points), 22 push-ups in 2 minutes (3 points). I got 5 points total but I failed because of the zeros.
Punishment: Exempt as MVP
I tried to get as much cardio & strength as possible this week to help make up for my poor calories. Hope the extra minutes helps the team!0 - 
            The police test was tough! One zero = total fail! So I failed too because my usual running pace is ~10.5 minutes a mile. Good thing I'm not planning on applying for a job as a police officer!
