    Think this is a great idea. I am new and would love to find a twin.

    Goal 150lb

    I am mid thirty with one son, looking to loose some weight, tone up my arms, legs and butt and of course flatter tummy. Overall, I want to maintain a healthy body.

    I've seen this in the forums quite a bit and I thought finding a twin here would be a lot easier seeing as we are all ladies here and we are all considering ourselves to be in roughly the same weight category. Plus I don't know about you but having friends with almost identical goals is pretty motivating for me!! I would love to find some girls on here with goals like mine so we can really help and encourage each other on losing that fat/chub/pudge/jiggle in your wiggle/etc. !!!

    I thjnk we might be twins! Im 17 as well my current weight is 128 and i want to get a little below 120! Ill add you! And as long as you feel like youre eating enough and have enough energy then i dont think that eating under 1600 calories is a problem. I do the same thing

    I keep starting and stopping this weight loss thing. Life, kids, everything else comes first. I very recently turned 40, and am determined to focus on myself this year. My kids are young - 4 kids from 9 1/2 down to 18 months. My knees creak horribly, and I feel like a lump most days. I want my body to feel better, and to have more energy again. I know it is as much mental as anything else. This time, I think I am finally in the right frame of mind to make it work!

    Unsure of Body Fat or other measurements.

    I developed an undiagnosed digestive disorder 12/2014. I went from 150-119 in these past 3 months due to abdominal pain, nausea, & lack of appetite.

    My focus is on wellness & body shape. I need some good toning. I'd love to find foods & exercises I can tolerate, which will improve my cardiovascular system, build muscle & improve the symptoms I have from several physical & mental health disorders.

    Anyone with similarities, please let me know, or if you just have ideas, I'd love to chat! :-)
