    It was warm (56*) today but strong winds so my ears had an ache going on when I got home from walking 3 miles. I then rode the ex bike 11.7 miles.

    I did my first trail run of the year today. I'd forgotten how much harder it is to run in the mud then on pavement lol.

    Just wanted to let you know guys that I'm sorry that the video I posted was considered offensive by some of you. That was never my intention.

    Honestly, I was laughing and crying so hard, I never really heard what they were saying. I just wanted to share a good laugh after the day I had.

    Managed to run and ride yesterday before the rain came! Adding 4.58 miles for the run and 9.4 miles for the ride (first spring ride for my girls' bike group- YAY!)
