FYI - my miles are supposed to be running miles, but today they are walking miles. I hope this is okay. Am only allowed to walk, according to my doctor, until I get results from Stress test and blood work back. Been having some issues lately with BP shooting up suddenly and had tightening of chest/loss of breathe when running yesterday. He just wants to make sure it's not my heart. I really think it is a combination of the weather and and crappy diet lately having an affect on me, but we will see.0 -

Finally getting back on the bike. It wasn't fast, but it felt good. Lets add 12 miles. That makes 101 miles out of 325.0
