    Thank you guys for fixing everything!!!

    I went to gym last night and got another workout in, so please add

    4/1 - 2.23 miles on the elliptical for a total of 4.67 miles

    MTD - 4.67

    will add todays miles later when I get them in.

    50 miles this month. I know its light and I'll probably do more but but my schedule is packed and I'll be sitting more than walking.

    Got in 17 miles on ex bike in 61 minutes. Planned on walking outside but it is only 30* with 40 mph wind gust! That is the reason I only went .5 miles & felt it was PLENTY! LOL

    I think I look like that when I attempt to run. And not on purpose.

    And run I did. 4.6 miles total - 1 mile just squeaked in at 9:59, then another 2.1 in intervals, the rest walking. My last day of freedom and fun, back to work tomorrow night :angry: :anguished:

    Between rain/hail/thunder and lightning, got another ride on my new bike. Collecting a punch list of items that need adjusting (I get that done for free) and I will be good to go. I just can't believe how much faster and burn more calories in less time. Plus I am hauling *kitten* on my short climbs. I think I made the right decision to go to a road bike.

    Goal: 175.00 miles

    04/01 - 2.0 miles walking
    04/02 - 2.0 miles walking
    04/02 - 13.0 miles cycling

    Total: 17.0 miles

    This is my first time 'round, and I'm following @grandmothercharlie 's lead to this site. I'm going for 150 miles this month, accumulated according to my fitbit.
    Now let's see if I got this ticker created correctly. :wink:
