    3.6 mile walk on this gray day. Matches my mood, back to work tonight. The first one after vacation is always the hardest. I also haven't stayed up too late in 24 days. Caffeine will be my friend.

    Adding 16 miles for 60 out of 350. It's a good start to the month. Weekends are difficult though so I'm trying to bank miles for the weekend if I can't ride.

    Between yesterday and today I moved 8.22 miles, mostly on the recumbent bike.

    New monthly records for the March 2015 MYAC!!! :smiley::star:

    Percentage of participants that made their goal went from old record of 73.5% to 81%!!!

    Percentage of miles actually moved compared to pledged went from 109.8% to 113.3%!!!

    That's FANTASTIC!!! Wonderful efforts!!!

    @KAREN - Sorry you have to go back tonight....hope it goes smoothly for you! :flowerforyou: Try not to go too crazy on the caffeine tho. I'd hate for you not to be able to sleep when you finally do get done with your shift. :)

    I don't usually go too nuts. I drink a large cup on the drive in and that's usually it. We have a 24/7 Starbucks in the hospital but I try to avoid it for both calories and money. I do bring a couple of K cups in case I need them, but most of the time the one cup is good. What I'm hoping to avoid is the "stress chocolate" I bring and usually eat too much of when I'm there. I managed to not eat any of that specific one when I was off and I'm hoping to keep that going, but it's still a crutch and I did pack a bit of it. I did recently discover oatmeal isn't as gross as I've always thought and adding a tbsp of dark chocolate chips to it makes it even better, so that's also packed for later. :smiley:
