Such a bad night last night. Had a trigger food (pizza) and I totally went overboard and off the wagon. Had a horrible sleep and feeling like crap today, and I'm supposed to be having dinner out tonight with dh and friends. I so don't want to go0 -

April 11th
I'm doing terrible and its making me feel useless and out of control

I haven't done this for awhile (and I went through a period of having my binges more controlled) but currently I've been under stress and I keep resorting to food for comfort. I think coming here will help me, it seems when I write about it the urges lessen. I also feel like sticking to goals when I tell people on MFP about them. For example, today I wanted to binge... I was tired, and hungry. I made some dinner which wasn't low calorie, but I resisted the urge to continue eating. I did not overeat today.
I'm going to make some tea tonight and finish homework, I'll stay away from the food.

Overate a little when out to dinner, stopped at the store to get groceries(including some trigger foods) got home and WENT TO BED without eating them0 -

I made it through my first Saturday being serious about weight loss! There was no binge, and I stayed within my calorie goals. Thanks for everyone's support0

Did a great job adjusting to meal plans changing on the fly today. Restocked my trigger foods yesterday and had one serving of two of them without going crazy. I do feel like they have less power over me now that I'm making having them in the house a requirement. It gets rid of the "If i eat it all today I won't have to worry about maybe eating it tomorrow" excuse because I know I'll make myself go buy more.0
