Im a ballet dancer, and as a dancer i need to be skinny, im actually one of the biggest of my class. I NEED to lose the weight, since im.going to be one of the principals on the next production we are doing. Only problems is that i really love food, and i dont tend to eat actual plates but i eat a lot of snacks. Thats my biggest problem. But im working on it0 -

I am in remission from Graves Disease. I was 122 before this all hit and packed on 15 lbs in the last year and a half. I used to excersise daily, but now, I do about 3x/week. I need to work out more and quality vs quantity. I want to get back down to my goal weight and build muscle as well.Hello!

I just gained almost 10lbs back from a diet I did previously..it wasn't the best diet so I am hoping I can take this weight of healthy and keep it off! Heres to those lbs dropping!!! Can't wait to see the 120's again!!
