I got in 15.5 miles yesterday on the bike. I got a medical clearance to exercise - that all my issues are soft tissue, so I canfeel free to be as active as I want, while listening to my body and limited only for pain. YAY. I taught my spin class, and only the standing climb seemed to increase the pain, so I just backed off at that point.
I'm hopeful that another week of treatment, and I'll be good as new! YAY.

Sniff sniff I made goal 2 days ago, and I didn't make the congrats posting Whaaaaaa Oh and I want some cheese with that whine! Anyway, made some miles the last 2 days. now we have sun, lightning, hail and rain, all at the same time.

I've been out of commission with pneumonia which occurred during my busy travel month for work0 -
Is it possible to lower my goal to 92 miles? I've never done that before and hate to now but yesterday i could only walk .25 miles -the first moving since 4/15. I'd like to try abt a half mile a day between now and the end of the month to start rebuilding my strength. Thanks either way0
