HI! Just thought I'd share a mini update. I started my first round of the 21DF last Monday and did amid-way point weigh in this morning: down 5 lbs! Good luck to everyone on the program!

I haven't lost any weight since starting the program on April 21 but this is my results from everything so far. Day 1 was when I first started working out period (Mar 25), Day 26 was a day before I started 21DF, Day 43 is today.

Wow! What a difference! Definitely flattening of the tummy going on there!

I haven't lost an ounce since starting insanity (u haven't been eating clean), but I measured myself today and I've lost a half inch off my tummy and a half off each leg. Crazy.

    Round 2 Results

I had a heck of a time battling a plateau that I finally broke through this weekend (Or so I hope!). I am really looking forward to round three - or I might stop mid-round as I am expecting extreme to be delivered this week.

My total weight loss is 3.2 and inches lost is 8.5

I need to take pictures, but I am not sure I am ready to share them yet. I still have 16 pounds or so to reach my goal.

@dkwi04 You'll have to tell me how much modifying they do in extreme. Since I can't do any high impact and all of my push-ups and planks are modified (not to mention I sometimes have to modify the modification), I am a bit leery of giving it a try. But who knows what I'll be capable of in the next few months . . .

Thanks Ladies! I am very proud of myself for not giving in. I feel too good to give in!

@SatiaRenee - I will. I can only do about 5 push ups before I drop to my knees. I am ok most of the time with planks, except for the hip drop planks.

Wow these results are amazing!! I hope I'm able to post some nice stats on 5/26/15 which is also my 14th Wedding Anniversary. :) I'm currently on Day 11 and loving this program. I was down 5.4lbs my first week for a total WL this far of 21 lbs.

    Round 3 Results

    Total lbs lost = 0.2
    Total inches lost = 2.25

The inches all came from my waist. I've gained in one thigh and didn't lose anywhere else. For the record, I'm bottom heavy so gaining inches two rounds in a row in one of my problem areas is not exactly thrilling.

But I tied on a dress yesterday that I have never worn before and it fit. I also tried on a pair of jeans I couldn't even get over my hips at the beginning of April and they fit. So I definitely feel victorious.
    • My clothes are fitting better
    • I'm using heavier weights
    • I feel stronger
    • I am increasing flexibility
I'm going to email my coach and see what she has to say. I'm also going to start a new "Help!" thread because two of us have experienced plateaus at this point and I have a feeling that this sort of thing is going to happen again.

    So disappointed but not discouraged.

Amazing results in here! Keep up the great work.

Can someone tell me what the 3 Day Quick Fix is? I've also seen a 3 Day something or other that I'm curious about.
