@Dean, 8000?? Gosh that is a BIG number! The years go quickly by & it just doesn't seem possible to have gotten that far!! As the saying goes "Keep On Truckin"!!
We had rain most of the day so I took my rainy day attitude to the treadmill for a 3 mile mainly jogging but a little walking. I also did 10 on the ex-bike along with upper body weight lifting! A good workout!!

Didn't need to go into work til this afternoon, so I walked to the park and back this morning after breakfast. Other than being too cold and grey for early June (looked more like April), it was a nice walk and I know I'll miss these chilly mornings pretty soon. Added 5 miles for a June total of 9.5 miles.

I think I'm going to try to run tomorrow, for the first time since I injured myself in February (NOT a running injury - I actually have no idea how I hurt myself back then, but I've been scared to run since). I saw a road race this past weekend, got to cheer the runners on - and it's got me inspired.0 -
