    Arete, you have inspired me to not worry about the scale much anymore. WOW! The difference is simply astounding! Great job!!!!

    And Drawn...you look like you've lost a heck of a lot more than 35 lbs. Amazing!

    *sigh* I need to get some pics taken so I can see the difference when the time comes.

    These are by far my favorite threads on these forums. I love seeing everyone's progress as they lose weight — it's so inspiring. Congratulations to everyone on here! You guys are rockin' it!

    I recently ran across some pictures taken when I was at my heaviest weight. I was blown away by the difference. I've lost 40 pounds — 20 before joining MyFitnessPal, and 20 since joining and adopting a Paleo lifestyle. Here's what I looked like before:

    I still have 60 pounds to lose, but these pictures definitely give me motivation to keep going.

    Starting is 280. I had given birth to my 3rd child a year earlier.
    Now is 232. I still have a great deal to go, but I can really see a difference in my face and abdomen.

    @wheatlessgirl66 Thank you! I do feel like a million bucks! I have way more energy than I did 40 pounds ago. The funny thing is, I was at my heaviest weight when I was in my 20s. Now I'm 32, and I look and feel better than I did a decade ago.

    My highest weight was 380. I weighed 284 at the end of 2014. Today I weigh 263 but don't have any current pics.
