Dinner, grilled jerk salmon and a scallop with fresh mango salsa. It was so good but I only got about half of it down.

My family would mutiny if they had any idea how often since my surgery their 'beef' has been turkey. Meatloaf, spaghetti sauce, baked ziti, taco meat, anything other than hamburgers basically.0 -

I miss roughage. My problem is that I still have very little interest in food, so I have not had the will to cook. I'm lucky to get in 400 calories (currently on a 700cal plan). Gotta figure out how to get more food in.0

I love the photos! But where are the recipes? How do you make zucchini noodles for example--great idea! Are you keeping everything you are posting so you can create a cookbook for us0

I haven't even gotten past the "talking with the doctor" stage but have been making dietary changes and starting to lose weight and I have to say.... this stuff looks AMAZING! I love to cook and personally like to experiment (husband not so much) with different recipes. I think I could convince him to try some of this with me, as he is getting more open minded the more we talk about WLS and the more changes he sees me making.0
