Had the grandsons over night & all day today. The wind was 60 mph (I'm NOT kidding!) so we stayed inside ALL day. My corn is laid over & the rest of my garden looks mangled! We were warned of high winds so we put everything away last night but my poor garden .
While the 2 yr old took his nap I rode 14 miles on ex bike. Total July miles = 200.

7/28 - 3.41 walk/run!!!
TTD - 10.79
Was just going to go for my normal 1-1.5 walk but had a friend with me. She not only pushed me to do double, but also ran quite a bit in there as well. Well, jogged the speed of a turtle, but still. I'm excited! Been so scared to push myself after my surgery for fear of hurting myself and back tracking. Just needed a friend to make me realize I was ready. Woohoo!0 -
