    7.18 on bike!!! Broke 7 miles mark in 30 min.!!! Not by much but still faster. now I just need to make it longer.

    Put in 3 miles pushing grandson in jogger & pulling him in the wagon & while he finally took a nap I rode the ex bike 10 miles.

    Wow half a million miles. That's amazing.
    Without this group I would have got lazy after I met my weight loss goal, my thanks to all who make it happen and Jean who told me about it. On to a million then everyone! I have more than doubled my monthly miles with this groups inspiration.

    8.63 miles on bike today. Made 7.3 in 30 mins!!! getting faster and pushed for 6 extra min.

    What a great event today. Med Support team for 1500 runners over a 13.2 mile course. We had mile 0-6, the climbing stage. And I mean lots of climbing. Then got to mile 6 med station, then it hit me. DUH, I had to ride the course back to the start to get my vehicle. Started at 7am, was back to my van by 9:30. I am totally knackered right now.

    08/08 - 14.0 miles cycling

    Total: 71.28 miles

    Helped our DDD in her first grade classroom and watched her best friend's baby all day yesterday.

    Hit the gym early this morning with our DDD and SIL then took Bean over to the school so he could play in the sprinklers and I could get in some miles...brought him home then continued by myself. It was a good day.

    Fri - 2.75 miles
    Sat - 7.00 miles

    Yesterday was a travel day but I did get some moving in while on the road and a late evening walk. Today, I make up for it with running, kayaking and walking. Tomorrow is a long bike ride without fighting traffic. Just some beautiful north woods country. So nice to be back at my childhood vacation spot.
    Aug. 7: 5 miles of walks
    August 8: 12.4 miles of which 5.1 miles of running, 3.3 miles of kayaking and 4 miles of walking.
    TTd: 84.5 miles

    Walked 6 miles yesterday and then THE Headache arrived. Mostly went away overnight and then spent most of today sneaking it's way back in. grumble grumble grumble grumble. It was a beautiful day except a little humidity too. grumble. Finally took a longish walk tonight and it's fading. Let's hope it is gone for good in the morning. Walked 5 miles today, unfortunately I wasn't able to really enjoy much at all. grumble.
