    We had a cold front come through yesterday, so we have a break from the heat. The high yesterday as 72 and that was early morning. By the time I ran after work it was mid 60's.

    18.6 miles today - 15.2 from cycle class, the rest from walking (and breaking in new shoes). I wasn't sure about taking the cycling class, but while trying to untangle my leg from the TRX strap, during a particularly sweaty class, the instructor asked if I was going (with a big evil grin) - it's her class too, so I just whimpered "okay" and crawled down the hall to the bikes.

    After the going to the beach yesterday, I sure am tired. Took my friend's 13 year old boy. Been so long I forgot whats its like to keep up with a growing boy!

    08/15 - 32.0 miles cycling
    08/16 - 05.0 miles cycling (recovery spin)
    08/17 - 03.0 miles walking
    08/18 - 10.0 miles cycling
    08/19 - 05.0 miles beach walk
    08/20 - 02.0 miles walking

    Total: 161.28 miles
