    Height: 5'2"
    Age: 28
    1st Pregnancy - Due: October 30, 2015
Goal to Gain: Doctor says I can gain 25-35, but trying to keep it around 25 since I’m short!

    SW: around 116.6
    Week 8: 116.0 (-0.6)
    Week 9: 117 (+0.4)
    Week 10: 118 (+1.4)
    skipped a few weeks…
    Week 14: 120.4 (+3.8)
    Week 15: 120.6 (+4.0)
    Week 16: 120.8 (+4.2)
    Week 17: 121.4 (+4.8)
    Week 18: 121.8 (+5.2)
    Week 19: 122.6 (+6.0)
    Week 20: 123.8 (+7.2)
    Week 21: 125.2 (+8.6)
    Week 22: 127.0 (+10.4)
    Week 23: 128.0 (+11.4)
    Week 24: 129.2 (+12.6)
    Week 25: 130.0 (+13.4)
    Week 26: 130.6 (+14.0)
    Week 27: 131.0 (+14.4)
    Week 28: 132.4 (+15.8)
    Week 29: 133.6 (+17.0)
    Week 30: 134.0 (+17.4)

I feel OK about where I am at with weight gain.

But I am having a lot of trouble fitting in exercising. My nurse midwife wants me to get 150 mins/week and that number just seems overwhelming. By the time I get home from work, have dinner, and do a few chores... I just can't motivate myself. I exercised pre-pregnancy by jogging but never got 150/mins a week. Our house is pretty much a construction zone and we have a ton of things to do before baby gets here, everything is just stressing me out. I realize not exercising enough could potentially cause a longer labor so I know I'm going to have to deal with the consequences if I don't step it up. I just have a mental block going on about this somehow. :/

Have you tried walking during lunch breaks?

I haven't been but that is definitely an option now that it's cooling down. :) I work right next to an 8-lane interstate highway so I've been avoiding walking near here since I read that the air pollution/particulates are bad for baby, but I could drive to a park to walk instead.

Maybe try a prenatal workout video? Several of them have an express workout option of about 25-30 min. And you can have the laundry going at the same time ;)

Pre-preg weight was 155.6... I had lost a bit before I found out we were pregnant. I'm kinda using the weight I was when I found out as my pre-preg weight, because I got pregnant during the holidays and was eating and drinking with abandon at that time, so feel I might have been up a bit anyway.

Thanks @joysyear :) Having this community to check in with has made a huge difference for me during this pregnancy! With my first I stopped weighing myself when I hit 42 lbs up (it was towards the end)... I didn't lose all that baby weight before getting pregnant again so I was about 12 lbs up from prepreg weight this time... Either way, I weigh less now than I did when I was at this stage of pregnancy with my son, by at least 10 lbs, and I've been much more active this pregnancy. I owe so much to having the support and check ins here :)

@shannonlm8 I have found a few videos on YouTube - popsugar fitness prenatal workouts and they are 10 minutes apiece! They have a full body, one for legs, one for arms, and a couple yoga ones... They are perfect. I made a pact with myself in May to do at least 20 mins of exercise per day and have mostly kept up with it - I think I've missed 3 days overall. But if nothing else I throw one of those on and it really does go fast. Then it's not a huge deal to throw another on... Or done them at 10:30 pm more often than not, but at least I fulfilled my promise to myself :) If I don't do that I try to walk for 20 mins or do a prenatal yoga (again from YouTube)

Still exercising 5-6 days per week, but it's getting harder. Hungrier and hungrier everyday, but my stomach isn't able to fit it all and am getting really bad reflux, especially after dinner. It's lack I'm ravenous and keep eating and then all of a sudden I'm extremely full. It's not a gradual process, it honest to goodness seem to happen form one bite to the next. ravenous --> excessively full.

    week 21: 123

    9lb total gain so far.

I go through the same thing. Feel like I'm starving to death then I can't take another bite.Oh the joys of pregnancy LOL
