My favourite Aunt refers to me as Tallulah for some unknown reason- and it's so much more fun than my actual name, Amanda, so I use it for just about everything online... And occasionally as an alias at the bar lol

My name means Mrs Kanyenga in my language. I joined MFP just before my wedding for the usual reasons and I was very excited about being the Mrs!

Thorbjornn (or Thorbjorn) is Icelandic and Old Norse for 'thunder bear'. I am a bear and a follower of the Norse god Thor (not the Marvel version, but the real Thor ;) ).

Mine is quite boring... name Cari Miller followed by birth year and grad year.

My maden name is Miller, so I was Kerrie Miller and I also graduated in '91

    Mine's is fairly normal.

MC because it's the initials of my middle name even though I usually use and go by MCat. Postelle is an old family name ( with variences on spelling). I can trace my lineage to the 1500's or so. I'm direct descendant so I still use Postelle even though I'm a girl.

Mine is just the first 2 letters of the names of my sweet kiddies. They all live on the opposite side of the globe from me now, so I do all sorts of things to keep them in mind and heart.

Cool! Mine would be "Jedagade" :)

I'm not original enough to come up with something besides my name, and I've never come across another Britzen.

Mine comes from a dance that was made up at my high school. It was about this guy named Chris Baker. I've had it for a looong time now.

I ran a b&b for several years before retiring and we have ponds where people fished and used paddleboats.

I'm not very creative with names. I use an iPhone, iPad, and iMac so I am just iBetty. The 55 is my favorite number

I thought it was a play on the author's name, PG Wodehouse (funny British humour if you like that sort of thing).

Interesting thread. And inspired me to change my name from my full name to a nickname (LCHF added cause all the plain Jessica variations were taken). You can only change it once tho.

One of the first spring flowers to come out in my neighborhood is the shooting star. And my birth year so I can better remember my user name!

It's my dharma name as a buddhist practitioner. It means "person of intelligence": awarding me this name was a sly joke on the part of my teacher, hehe.
