So I finally found Leslies new favorite hits dvd in the store. I tried it today and like it. She does a few different moves in it. The songs are 50's I think but he keeps you moving. I like having the variety, I have all 3 of her 3 mile ones now. I also found her tone one but haven't tried it yet. Happy Walking Everyone!

Zichab, glad you liked the Tone Every Zone Walk, I bought it but haven't tried it yet. Looking forward to trying it, maybe Friday. I really like having a mix. I see you do the radio remixes as well, I have all 3 of hers now and they are all different. This last one is fun and she does a lot of different things, the hiit are not as intense but she steps up the entire dvd.
Everyone is doing amazing! Now that its getting cooler out, I am hoping to get in more outside walking as well as my inside walking before snow!0 -

Hey Bandit-glad to "see" you!!! Yes I do Radio Remixes, although it is not one of my favorites. I do like Tone Every Zone, but I think once I am back in shape enough for the Firm 30 workout on Walk it Off in 30 Days, I'll probably use it less. I like 30 minutes rather than 40, even though she does KILL me!! :laugh: However, for beginning strength with weights, Tone Every Zone is really good. I just wish she had included the stretches, especially for those new to weights as muscles get very sore without stretching! My favorite is still the one from the Walk Slim series, 4 Fast Miles. Later in the fall and over the winter, I am going back to that one.
It's been cool in MI for the last few days and I have been able to walk outside so I am trying to do more of that as snow will fly soon enough! Gained some pounds between the surgery and the summer and they have to go!!!!! :grumble:
Geez, you are 1/2 way to goal and I am still 2.5 miles behind mine! I need to walk walk walk walk!!! :laugh:

I do her mixes a lot, I like that its 3 miles. I do have the 30 minute one as well, and If I don't have a lot of time or want a shorter workout I pop that in. I have a variety of them and love them.0

21/65 had a beautiful evening for my walk. Pinky pan I know sometimes I type too fast and don't read it before I post....lol. The results from walking all summer have been fantastic just named to make sure I don't slip in the winter.0

69/100 I decided after dinner to go for a walk (2 more miles). I just grabbed my keys and went to the park never thinking twice about making sure my "puppies" were secured tightly. Thank goodness I was wearing black and I hope it was not too noticeable that they were bouncing every which way. Note self....always wear make sure you have on two bras before attempting to power walk.0

Hi everyone! I just found this group because recently I started doing Leslie Sansone videos. I started the 5 day walk plan this morning! My goal is to actually stick with this plan for 30 days!
If I do it right, I will have walked 15 miles for the week... is that good to start with?0
