    Hi Everyone! I've been letting the rest of my life get in the way of taking care of myself. NOT GOOD. Plus, I've really missed you all and the great motivation I get from this group. So, put me down for 100 miles for October. If I disappear for more than a couple of days I may need someone to come kick my *****.

    1 mile yesterday. More miles to come. :)

    3.5 mile run/walk. Went indoors since the rain is picking up here, tried the Arc Trainer, then realized my fitbit won't count the steps, so I abandoned it at half a mile and moved to the treadmill. Fellow fitbit users will understand :smiley:

    I'm in for 75 again this month... a few big changes are coming my way, so while I'd like to up my goal, I think it would be unrealistic.

    Back from camp with my kids. Chilly days but fortunately not a rain out.
    Oct. 1: 9.5 miles of running 4.5 miles and walking 5 miles
    Oct. 2: 10.5 miles of running4 miles and walking 6.5 miles
    TTD: 20 Miles
