    Wow! That's fantastic. Well done.

    I got in a 3 mile run today. I'm at 65. Only 10 more miles to go and I'm going to the city tonight where I'll probably walk half of that. I've got this.

    0.6 mile walk yesterday in the pouring rain. It was glorious. Yes, I am an Oregon girl... rain sometimes makes me really happy.

    16.7 miles on the bike today.

    MTD: 72.36 - looks like I might make goal (75) after all!!!!

    Walked w/DH and Bean this morning then went to 1st grade then got on the recumbent. It was a good day!
