Awesome work everyone.
Since I started my new job it became challenging to get my steps in but missm2 you inspired me to walk from NJ to PA yesterday it was only 4.5 miles but its better than nothing. I plan to do this every day if I am not at work past 5.0 -

5 is a rest day so just the 30day shred to do0

No logging and not enough water so work on that over the weekend
